sheng (9/22): upper

bench: 135*6+185*5+225*5+275*3+315*3*4+315*3*2
inclined dumbbell fly: 55*8+65*8+75*6+85*6+95*5+110*5 ( I don't know why I felt so good doing this today, I didn't expected I could do this much, my original planed was to add up to 85 lbs or 95lbs, but when I did 95 lbs and felt even easier than last time doing 80 lbs, that's why I tried 110 lbs for the first time)
pull up: 45*6+90*4+45*6*4
dips: 90*6+135*5+180*5+135*4+135*5+135*3 (180 lbs is my new personal record, first time doing dips more than my body weight)

  1. Sheng's got some freaky pressing strength. I've seen him do 345 on bench, which is roughly twice is body weight. In my opinion, that's much harder to get than a 3x bodyweight deadlift.

  2. Hmmm... I wonder who has a 3x bodyweight deadlift.... lol. 2xBW Bench and 3xBW deadlift are both very legit. I'm far away from attaining either.
