These felt ok, havent benched in like 1.5 weeks. A little bit sore, and some shoulder pain every now and then, nothing new.
Squat-
45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 185x1, 225x1, 275x1

Fatigued.
Also, I've been doing some research and I believe I have shin splints. Explains the pain in my upper shin bone, which originally only affected my left leg (this was months ago), but has recently been affecting my right leg. I believe one factor is the Oly shoes I wear when I lift- it seems the large heel limits the ROM of the dorsiflexors and tightens the plantarflexors over time. Probably feet position when I squat is too outward, although it doesnt feel like that. I also squat ATG, and use a high barbell position. Damn this.

You're using high bar? I was training with high bar, but when I made my squat attempt, I switched to low bar.
