09/14 Shanker Lower 2

So far so good. Some may not think it's the best plan, but few here know their bodies as well as I know mine. I'm monitoring every negative indicator from my resting heart rate first thing in the morning, to my appetite, to my ability to get the 7-7.5 hours of sleep, to my fatigue stops. Matter of fact my resting heart rate right now is about 54 bpm, which IS my normal resting heart rate.

Didn't time sets as everyone and their mother decided to ask me for a spot. But from start to finish the whole thing took about 45 minutes, including dawdling about 10 minutes before the last set. The only part of the lift that was ever "@10" was me ripping a callous off and leaving the bar a bloody mess.

at this point Tom and I started discussing stretching and got distracted by learning 4 or 5 hip/groin area static stretches which should come in handy.
