09/10-

Pretty fried after this.

I find it hard to comprehend how someone such as Andrei Aramnau can actually C&J this weight... felt super heavy.

Next time I do these I will do them before my squats. Ouch. Even though I was fatigued before I even started squatting, I'm satisfied I got some pretty heavy singles (at least for me). Will be doing some sort of squat (mostly BS) everyday and see where the so called Bulgarian system will take me.
