JC (08/30-09/01)- Intensity, Deload

I took the results of this workout as a sign that my CNS/body needs a break.

This is my last workout before I take a break/"Danny mini-deload". I'll start again on Monday.

  1. What exactly do you mean by intensity deload (I ask because the concept as a conjunction of the two words doesn't make sense)? Or is deload just referring to the fact that you will deload?

  2. He's referring to the fact that he posted two sessions in this post, the first being intensity and the second being a deload. I was confused at first too.
