Frank (9/2): Bench, Intensity 1

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 1x255
3x280 @ 9/10
These were all paused. I went a little conservative because I haven't trained with a pause yet this cycle. The last one was hard, but not a grinder.

Barbell Row: 5x5 @ 255

Military Press
5x45, 5x95, 3x135
3x185 @ 9/10

Back Squat: 2x5 @ 275
Dumbbell Incline Bench: 4x8 @ 65
