Chris - 9/21

TM - Volume

I have slept roughly nine hours in the last two days.

Squat (belted):
Warmup: 45x5; 95x5; 135x4; 185x3; 225x2; 275x1
307.5x5; 307.5x5; 307.5x5; 307.5x5; 307.5x5
These felt fairly easy even with a ~3 minute rest between sets. I think I'm getting fatter.

Bench Press:
Warmup: 45x5; 70x5; 95x4; 120x3; 140x2; 155x1
170x5; 170x5; 170x5; 170x4; 170x4
I had trouble focusing around here.

Power Clean (listed in kilograms):
Warmup: 40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 55x2; 60x2; 65x1
70x3; 70x3; 70x3; 70x3; 70x3
Technique got iffy on the last two sets.

Core work:
HWW (legs tucked): 10; 10
HWW (legs straight): 4; 3; 2

Honestly, I'm surprised I'm still going.
