Frank (8/31): Squat, Intensity 1

I guess "intensity" is a bit of a misnomer for this day because I'm still doing volume squatting (Texas Method), but everything else is intensity.

I also forgot to bring my bands today, so I substituted deficit deadlifts for reverse band deadlifts.

Deficit Deadlift (~4.5")

I haven't done these in a while, but I guesstimated that ~90% of my regular deadlift 3RM would be right. It was a little light, but whatever. Real deadlifts are on Saturday anyway.
