Frank (8/29): Lockout, Volume 3

This was probably the weight I should have used last week (instead of 315). Ah well.

I didn't feel like doing less than 2 plates.

Pullups: 4x8 @ 40
Dips: 4x8 @ 65
Band Pull-Aparts (2xMinis): 2x15
I've been doing these for a while but haven't written them down. I might as well start noting these too.

This was the last day of volume. I won't have to spend 2 hours in the gym for the next month or so. Hooray.
