hmmm...heavy dips aggravated elbow. Acted up a bit today, this bears monitoring.

Best and most consistent technique I've ever had. I get excellent carry from my chest all the way through lockout, with all the struggles I've had with form in the past its great to finally settle on something that allows me to focus on just getting stronger.
