Frank (8/10): Ego, Volume 1

Chris thought these looked hard, but they didn't feel very hard. My back still gets sore after squats, unfortunately.

Reverse Band Deadlifts

The bands took off ~150 at the bottom and ~50 at the top. I had to deadlift inside the squat racks, so I used red and green bumpers to elevate the plates, which meant that the bar started ~1/4" higher than normal. These were really easy.
