TM - Intensity

I hate lifting after traveling any significant amount...

Squat (belted):
Warmup - 45x5; 95x5; 135x4; 185x3; 225x2; 275x1; 315x1; 335x1

This would be 3 but I accidentally bounced off the safeties for rep 2.

Bench Press:

I gave up and turned this into speed sets. Sigh.

Deadlift (belted):

Awwww. 420 came two inches off the ground. Lost a callus to the bar since the knurling was pretty sharp. 405 came up rather easy though, much faster than when I tried it unbelted.

Overall, a wash...
