Aaron (8/15)

Bench: 195lbs x5 reps x3 sets
BTN OP: 95lbs x8 reps x2 sets
OP: 95lbs x8 reps
Lateral Raises: 20lbs x8 reps x2 sets
25lbs x8 reps
Decline Sit ups: +35lbs x12 reps x2 sets
stretching via front squats.

Bench was harder. I was able to leave some in the tank, hopefully it stays that way. The BTN presses irritated my shoulder a bit so I switched to normal presses. Lateral raises also bothered the shoulders. I think its because of the big ROM I'm using. I'm doing a lateral/front raises. I'll lean forward more. Its important for me to note that bench was ring finger on the rings.
