08/26 5SM Shanker Lower 2

Ok, this is the 2nd consecutive week my 2nd lower body workout went by the wayside. My CNS is clearly on the fritz...either that or for whatever reason I can't handle squatting heavy 3 days apart, not sure, but given that I'll be deloading the week after next and I'm hitting PR's in deadlift and bench press this really doesn't bother me all that much. It's not an issue of strength, its recovery...both neurological and physical.

Anyhoo...

(took me a good 45 minutes to feel like doing anything productive...not until I hit 275 did I think that today might actually be productive)
