Frank (7/29): Squat, Volume 1

Back Squat

The first set was very strong. It was almost too easy. And it was downhill from there. For the second set, I tried to take my belt one notch in, but I just ended up strangling myself at the bottom of the squat. For the last set, I actually did four squats and one good morning, but at least it was all continuous. How embarrassing. I'll be sticking with this weight next week and will focus on keeping everything tight.

I was originally going to do 405, but I was a little too wiped from squats.

Front Squat: 4x8 @ 135
I do these under the assumption that my quads are weak, which is why I good-morning all my heavy squats.
Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190
