07/29 Shanker 5 Sets Method Upper 2

Last workout of cycle.
Elbow Update: Went in on 07/28 with every intent of making this thing ache as bad as possible. No ibuprofen, ice or blue heat going in and beat the crap out of it...to no avail. Basically pain free...which, I suppose was good.

Orthopedist says the nerve heals at a rate of 1-2 mm per month and that most likely there is some form of entrapment that will get better over time. I'm not making it worse and it won't affect my strength...its basically just a pain issue. So, as far as I'm concerned it's all systems go after my deload week. I think the modifications I made to my bench and squat grip had a lot to do with this, and it can only get better from here.

Last night, beat the crap out of it again, heavy weighted dips, pullups and chins. Pain, but manageable.
