High Bar Belted Squat: 285lbs x5 reps x3 sets
Bench Press: 185lbs x 5 reps x3 sets
BOR's: 155lbs x5 reps
160lbs x5 reps
165lbs x5 reps
Lateral Raises: 15lbs x8 reps x2 sets
rotator cuff
Squats were hard but not too hard, Bench was decent. BOR's were easy. Getting stronger!
