Chris smoked that 405.
ReplyDeleteI hope a lot of people have been reading Chris's posts, because in my humble opinion he does things the right way. And there's no higher compliment in powerlifting than that.
Now just figure out a way to eat a little more and watch the magic...I know I'm looking forward to it.
