07/24 Shanker 5 Sets Method Lower 1

so, I said lower body was over. I lied. Sort of.
Had 1 more lower body workout.

Squat
45x10
95x10
135x10
185x8
225x5
275x4

315x2
315x2
315x3
315x2
Did what I could do while the pain was bearable. 3rd rep of set 3 was perfect example of this, lost tension in my left arm which caused a somewhat slanted ascent out of the hole. We'll see what happens with this on Thursday. Should note, form was pretty damn good on these with the exception of that lest rep on set 3.

No deficit deads.

tried 495, but felt twitchy so aborted. Looks like a good starting place will be 455ish x5x5.

Core stuff.

Watched Chris hit PR's across the board and did a fair bit of yelling during this.
