Ok, so this was supposed to be 4 sets of 4 at 435. But my lower back was stiff as hell today. Whereas I used to be able to get a solid preload and set my lower back perfectly flat, now, I think because I'm trying to protect that little tweak, I start out slightly rounded and stay that way. Main point: something's not right. My form is off, my balance is off and so is my power.
Anyway, this turned into a day of triples...I suppose I should be happy I can triple 435 when something is clearly wrong.
