Frank (5/4): Starting Strength, Medium

I didn't get a lot of sleep yesterday and felt pretty crappy going into the gym, but it turned out OK anyway.

Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315
5x355 @ 9
5x355 @ 9/10
5x355 @ 10
Only a very few were a little too high. Some of the last few reps were good-morninged a bit, but it wasn't noticeable enough for anyone else to call me on it.

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225
5x247.5 @ 9
5x247.5 @ 10
5x247.5 @ 9/10
I used the black heavy collars, which I think are a little lighter than the silver heavy collars, but whatever. The first set was surprisingly easy. I lost the groove a little on the second set, so the third was easier than the second.

Barbell Row

Ab Rollout: 5, 5, 6
Shoulder felt a little funny on the first set. They were OK for the rest.
