Frank (5/30): Heavy

Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315, 1x365

I was originally going to do 4x2, but I completely failed the second set at 405. After that, my elbows were completely shot as well. It's exactly the same thing as last meet. Rene suggests that I put some chalk on my back to keep the bar from sliding down, as that may be putting pressure on my elbow. I'll try that next time.

Seeing as I couldn't get 4x2, I decided to do 2x2 instead.

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225
2x275 @ 10

My elbows were really hurting, so I wasn't feeling a lot of power from the bottom.

Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405, 1x455, 1x495
2x545 @ 10
2x545 @ 10

Right now, it looks like my openers will be 405/275/545. I'll try those next Thursday, when I'm feeling a little better.
