I missed Thursday because of schoolwork. Oops.

Squats:
Warmup: 45x5, 135x5, 155x4, 215x3, 245x2, 265x1

Bench Press:
Warmup: 45x5, 80x5, 100x4, 120x3, 140x2

One quick rack and unrack later...

I was hitting the pins on the final set so I reset for a second. Shooting for 165 next time.

Deadlift:
Warmup: 135x5, 185x5, 225x4, 260x2, 300x1
340x5
Felt a little too easy. Probably could have gone for 345.

Dips:
Warmup: BWx8, +25x4
+45x5
+45x5
No comment.

My quads are gonna hate me so much tomorrow, but I set some PRs so it's all good.

  1. I think your final bench set was 162x2. Easy is good. I've found that I've made the most progress when I'm not hitting 10s every workout.

  2. Yeah, whoops. Good catch - edited accordingly.

    Your comment regarding easiness is probably true, by the way. It's just that I've been struggling to hit my deadlift working sets since about 300lbs so anything that feels "easy" is immediately suspect to me.
