Initial warm ups-

Snatch Pull

Snatch-
Biggest lift was 72 kilos- (2 kilo PR)
Clean and Jerk-
Biggest lift was 105 kilos- (5 kilo PR)
Shins were bloody as heck by this point :)
High Bar Squat-
50 kilosx3
100 kilosx3
120 kilosx1
140 kilosx1
150 kilosx1
160 kilos-Fail
Was pretty exhausted by this point.
I am really excited to start training. I am 100 kilos away in both lifts from Olympic level quality. I'm ready to put in maximum effort to achieve my dreams.
