These felt pretty tough, and the very last rep was clearly a 10 (I almost couldn't lock it out). The squats probably took a little out of me, plus I'm probably still a little worn down from the meet.
I was going to do some ab pulldowns after this, but I felt too tired. I think I'm going to move those to Thursday, when I'm not really doing much anyway.
