Decided to stop after this- weight room wasn't really partial to Oly lifts.
I'm going to make it a goal to do 2xday training lifting sessions- all the best Olympic athletes do it, so I figure I should start training like one.

Writing "all the best Olympic athletes" was a valid claim, but the conclusion is wrong. It takes years of (professional) training until 2xday make sense. Even if I had time for 2xday, I wouldn't know the first thing about programming for this schedule.
