Weight is 180. Still eating about 4k/day.
Squat: 3x5x370 @ 10, 10, 10
Felt heavy. Pretty slow reps, at depth or below, and good morning'ed ~2 reps/set. The last rep of each set paused on the way up. I need to recover well for next heavy squat session. Some elbow pain, probably because I'm letting them drop some during the set.
Press: 3x4x157 @ 10, 10, 10
Couldn't get last reps, will repeat this weight next time.
Back extension: 15@bw, 2x10 +10lbs
Rip likes these for lower back recovery.
