Frank (2/2): RTS Volume, Squats

Back Squat

The first set was a disaster. I actually did a 1-1/4 squat on the first rep (went up half way, went back down, went back up), and the second rep was unbalanced (the my left or right side went up way faster than the other). The third rep was good. The second set was also good, and the third set was mostly good except for the second rep which was a smidgen too high. I buried all of my other reps.
