Frank (1/5): RTS Volume, Squats

First serious day of training. It was good to see everyone again, but that also means that you guys have no excuse not to post ^_^.

Back Squat

Some of the reps of the last set were a little above standard (?) parallel. Some of the reps of the other sets were a little above IPF parallel. These were tougher than I expected, but then again, I am hitting a rep-PR. I also feel like I've forgotten how to squat. I used to be solid going down and up. Now I'm all wobbly.

Ab Rollout: 6, 3, 3
I did the first set of 6, then realized that my abs are not ready for this!

I'm going to pay for this workout tomorrow, but it felt good anyway.
