Frank (1/31): RTS Volume, Lockout

Walked to the Z. Ran back.

All done with a slight pause except for the last set. I should probably have started lighter with these. I'm still not very good at estimating what sort of weight I should be using.

Pause Bench (~1-2 seconds)

These were more like light bench presses. My left elbow was acting up a bit. Fortunately, these all felt really light, but then again, they should!

Pullups: 4x8@45
Dips: 4x8@45
