Frank (1/30): RTS Volume, Deadlifts

I thought the last few sets were 9s, but Nate said they looked like 8s. In any case, these were pretty easy, which is good because that meant I could put more effort into...

Pause Squats (~2 seconds)

Ugh, brutal. For the first few sets, I had the same problem where I would stop above parallel and sink to parallel, then come up from there. For the last two sets, I first sank it to parallel then slowly fell below parallel (it's hard to stay put!), which I think is better because I now have a better sense of were parallel is. Yay me.
