Baaaad. 155 just felt too heavy. Needed convincing to go down to 152. Aiming for 152 next workout and will progress by 2 or 3 lbs jumps like I plan to do with military press.

Was seeing stars by rep 2. Vision fuzzy at 3, nearly gave up midway through on 4. Rep 5 only happened because Frank told me I had one more to go :p. I sat down for a little while after this.

Weights just felt super heavy. Form was (mostly) good, but my muscles just weren't up to it. One of "those" days, I suppose.

It was more like 2-3 seconds, and the form was just fine. There was a little bit of breakdown, but nothing more than one would normally expect on a final rep.
