Interval training on treadmill: 40mins
2 minute intervals, with fast walk on steep incline and hard run for the other. Got up to 9's and 9.5's near the end. Definitely better for rugby-fitness than just running for a half hour at a moderate pace.
I was informed earlier today of a local venue offering classes in aerial silks which one of my building mates recommends. I've wanted to try this for a while, and I think I would be well prepared for a lot of the inverts and holds due to my previous pole experience. When I'll fit this in, I'm not sure, but I gotta try it.
