Frank (1/16): RTS Volume, Deadlifts

My lower back was still a little sore from deficit deadlifts on Tuesday. The last few reps were tough, but not gut-busting.

Pause Squats (~1-2 seconds)
4x275 @ 8

As before, RPEs were hard for me to judge, but I felt pretty good after each rep as opposed to being completely wiped out (like after normal squats).

Ab Pulldowns: 3x15 @ 190

  1. It's hard for me to imagine doing pause squats at 275 because I can't even back squat that yet. Ridiculous weights man.
