Felt unusually easy compared to my other squat sets. I'm not complaining though!
Overhead press:

I think those heavy metal collars weigh about a pound each. If not it's still more than 95lb which is nice.
Bent-over Rows:

Power Cleans:

Practice makes perfect... not really willing to replace bent-over rows with power cleans until I have my technique down. I keep noticing things I do wrong every time (my elbows don't come high enough and fail to "whip" around the bar consistently, I start the second pull funny and pull myself forward/backward, arms do more than just hold the bar, other miscellaneous errors I'm sure I'm forgetting). Stopped after I nearly blacked out... guess the squats got to me.
Pretty good session overall though. (I think I respond better to warmups with lower increments.)
