Dragged the sled today. This deload week has made me real restless and antsy, so I went a bit heavy today - loaded up the sled with 135 and dragged that up and down mem drive.

Not sure about RPE, but it was hard

ReplyDeleteI think RPE really only applies to lifts, though I guess you can create your own scale for cardio work, but what's the point?
ReplyDeleteGood on you feeling antsy. That shows that it's probably time to head back into the gym already. Usually, at the end of a deload week, I just feel "normally" motivated, if that makes any sense. If you're eager to go (for me, I could tell when my muscles "itched"...it's hard to describe), then go!
