I shouldn't even post this "workout'... its kinda pathetic. I had to walk like ~1.5 miles just so that I could use the pull-up bar at the nearest highschool.
Bodyweight Pullups:
5x8
2x5
I feel I've gotten a lot stronger when it comes to pullups. At the beginning of this past semester I could barely do three pullups :)
Diamond/Standard Pushup-
7x20
I started with diamond pushups, and I alternated each set.
That's the extent of my workout- kinda lame, I know.
