  • Military press ?x?x?
  • Elliptical 30 min
Friday 12/18:
Got a late start and Deirdre was waiting for us reading a book, so a short day.
  • Sumo DL 135x5x2, 225x3, 315x1, 345x1, 385x1 (PR +20), 405x1 (PR +40)
  • Sumo DL 315x3, 275x5x2
