Frank (12/19)

Front Squat: 2x8@225, 3x5@225
I had to clean these into position since I don't have a rack. I was just going for whatever sets x whatever reps. I also almost took out my kneecaps a few times while trying to lower the bar slowly.

Halting Deadlifts: 5x2@300
Paused for three seconds an inch or two off the ground.
