Barbell Row: 5x5@235
Done as a superset. Floor presses were glute-thrust into position. Barbell rows were reset on the ground after every rep.
Military Press: 2x5@145, 2x5@150, 1x5@155
Pullups: 5x5@50
Done as a superset. Military presses used steadily increasing weight because I was at first a little apprehensive given my performance last Thursday but soon found that that was a temporary weakness.
