JC (18/09)- What to do!?

Hey everyone,
So I got back to Miami earlier today. I have a dilemna- there's really no way for me to access a gym during my two weeks down here. Any ideas for what I can do in the mean time? I mean there's always pushups and squats I suppose...

  1. Since you're an Olympic lifter, this is actually perfect. Grab a broomstick and start practicing your technique and improving your flexibility. At the minimum, you should be doing overhead squats and front squats with it. You can also try clean/snatch pulls, jerks, and full cleans/snatches as well, though I would be very careful to check your technique against what you can find online.
