Frank (11/17): RTS Intensity, Deadlifts

Deadlift (belted)
3x455 @ 8
3x465 @ 8
3x475 @ 9
These felt pretty easy. I probably should have done more at 475, but I wanted to save some energy for what came next. I think I'm getting more used to deadlifting with a belt, though it only really helps for the first rep. After the first, I have a hard time getting enough air at the bottom without standing back up.

Pause Squats (~2 seconds)
3x275 @ 8
3x285 @ 9
3x295 @ 9
I probably could have gone a little heavier on these, but these were still, by their very nature, very slow. The plan for this (and all the other 3x3 exercises this week) is to start my 4x2 at the weight I tripled from the previous week. I may start a little higher for this exercise.

Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190
