Shanker 10/9: GVT 2 Arms A cycle 3; 10/10: "cardio"

Hiked Elmore Mountain. 4 miles up and down total.
Tried jogging up the mountain, but my dog is 13 and a lazy ass, so this didn't quite work out. Also had to carry him on the last part to get to the top.
