Frank (10/13): I tried to do deadlifts...

Deadlift: 5@135, 225, 3@315, 365, 1@405, F@462, F@405, I gave up
405 felt OK, no worse than last week, but I couldn't get 462 off the ground. I think part of this is because my lower back is still sore from squats. Now that I look back at my workouts, I realized that I'm doing heavy lower back work in the form of squats, deadlifts, or barbell rows, 3 times a week, 4 if you count power cleans, so this is probably why. I need to rethink my program, but I haven't had the time or inclination to do that yet. At this point, I may just join the bandwagon and buy the RTS manual. Plus, I need to spend money on a belt anyway.

Military Press: 5, 5, 5, 4, 4 @ 162
Nuts, I was hoping to get 5x5@165 next week, which would be almost 5x5@bodyweight if I haven't eaten much. I blame this on core instability from a sore lower back.

Pullups: 5x3@90
Sets of 3 just to change things up a bit.
