Walked to the gym. Still a little sore from Tuesday.
Deadlift: 5@460
After the second warmup set, my entire back seized up with an incredible pump. I had to foam roll it pretty thoroughly to get rid of it, and it persisted for the rest of my warmup. I wanted to get 462 or 465 today, but decided to use the previous weight for safety. Even the 460 was pretty messy. I think the first two or three reps were solid, but I'm sure that I was rounded for the last two.
Military Press: 5x5@160
Pullup: 5x5@70
The military presses are starting to feel a bit harder. Nothing to report on the pullups.
Walked back from the gym due to back pump. My plan is to skip the heavy squat day on Saturday (because I'm tough like that) and do a light day instead, then start Sunday with volume (5x5@310).

Frank -- start using a belt. I guarantee 495 for an easy triple.
