Jason: 9/26, 9/28

9/26 - Cardio

  • Elliptical 80 min
  • Shoulder press 45x10x4 -- Wanted to see if the pain in my injured shoulder was less than Wednesday, it wasn't.

9/28 - Flipping tires

Deirdre, Nathan, and I learned how to flip tires from Steve (a trainer at TPS).  Flipping tires is fun, though wasn't that hard with 350 and 450 lbs.  I'm gonna try the 650 next time.  Was tired after the tires and DL, so rest of the working was mostly just wasting time.

  • Tires 350x15?, 450x2? -- Not sure how many I did
  • Deadlift 315x3x2, 315x5, 315x3x2
  • Crunches sandbag behind head
  • Pullups BWx5x4
  • Crunches sandbag on shoulders 25x8x2
