9/23 - Shoulder recovery
I injured my shoulder (AC join separation) a month or two ago, so this day was just light stuff in the hope to promote recovery. The shoulder press was very painful, other stuff felt fine.
- Bench 115x5x5, 115x10x3, 115x5x2
- Shoulder press 45x5x1, 45x10x5
- Bent over row 135x5x5
- Pull up w/ band (BW-band)x5x5
9/25 - Deadlift chains
We got to the gym late today, so shorter than usual workout.
- Warmup: Bike 10 min; DL 135x5x2, 225x5x1
- Sumo DL+chains (225+120)x3x6 -- Working on my form mostly.
- Box squat 225x2 -- This felt way harder than it should have been... so I stopped early.
- Hyper extension/glute ham raise BWx6x5
