Back Squat: 5@335
I messed up my second rep somehow. It felt like I lost pressure and/or let my knees drift forward too much. Regardless, this made the rest of the set really really hard. The fifth rep was a real grinder, but I still got it.
Dumbbell Bench: 8, 8, 7 @ 100
Dumbbell Row: 3x10@90
Ab Wheel Rollout: 3x5
