Ran (kind of, part of the way, anyway) to the gym in a little over 15 minutes, door to floor, which should have been shorter except that I had to wait for a tanker to back into the gas station near the Novartis campus.

Warmups felt heavy, but the actual work set was ok. I might have had one more.

Done as a superset. Nothing much to report.

Some curls
Walked back in 25 minutes. I don't run that fast, but I didn't realize it made such a huge difference. I may take up running more often just to save time.
