Frank (9/20): Speed Day

I think I made all of you cardio bunnies proud today by jogging to and from the gym today. It's the first time I've moved faster than a quick walk in ages.

Power Clean: 2@70, 80, 90, 5@100
There's still a little kink in my left lower back, but it otherwise felt fine.

Speed Squat: 8x2@195

Not that speedy. I can get the bar to pop off of my back at the top, but that's mainly because I'm strong at lockout.

Speed Bench: 8x3@155
Speedy.

Clapping Pullups: 5x5
Just to see if I could. I can. It took a little practice to keep myself from swinging too much.
